New flight between Montreal and Amsterdam

Air Canada announced on March 15, 2023 the addition of new seasonal non-stop flights this summer between Montreal and Amsterdam. Flights will be operated five times a week on the airline’s state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which will conveniently connect Air Canada’s extensive North American network with its hub at Montreal International Airport.

“We continue to see strong demand for travel to Europe and look forward to expanding our service and adding a new non-stop service between Montreal and Amsterdam in Summer 2023,” said Mark Galardo, Senior Vice President – Network Planning and Revenue Management at Air Canada.

Establishment of two new flights

Air Canada has announced the launch of two direct flights, the AC900 and AC901, between Montreal (YUL) and Amsterdam (AMS) for the summer season, from June 2nd to October 14th for the AC900 and from June 3rd to October 15th for the AC901. The AC900 departs Montreal at 10:10 p.m. and arrives in Amsterdam at 11:00 a.m. the following day, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, while the AC901 departs Amsterdam at 2:00 p.m. and arrives in Montreal 3:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

International Services

Air Canada’s international services are offered on wide-body aircraft, offering a choice of three cabins: Air Canada Signature Class, which offers sleeper seats and individual boxes; the Premium Economy cabin, which offers spacious seats with more space and premium services; and Economy Class, which serves chef-inspired and chef-designed meals with wine and beverage suggestions. All cabins are equipped with inflight entertainment screens offering hours of complimentary inflight entertainment and purchase of Wi-Fi services.

Inflight service on Air Canada’s international flights departing from Canada showcases the most inspiring creations of award-winning Canadian culinary talent such as Vancouver’s David Hawksworth and Vikram Vij, as well as Montreal-based acclaimed chefs Jérôme Ferrer and Antonio Park, who make Air Canada Chefs Renowned boss group. The great wines selected by Véronique Rivest, Canada’s elite sommelier, complete this gastronomic experience.
