Air France and KLM launch their first credit card in Canada

Air France and KLM, along with partner Financière Brim, launched their first credit card in Canada on Thursday, offering Canadians the opportunity to earn Flying Blue Miles with their daily purchases.

“We are excited to launch this new Air France KLM World Elite Mastercard,” said Benjamin Lipsey, Director of Customer Loyalty at Air France KLM, offering improvements to our Canadian customers that allow them to progress their status. Flying Blue faster and giving them the opportunity to earn extra Flying Blue Miles on their daily purchases”.

Cardholders can therefore earn more miles and more experience points (XP), benefit from comprehensive travel insurance and free WiFi until December 15, 2022 with no annual fee.

The miles earned can be exchanged for tickets, upgrades or additional travel options, for purchases from partners or to donate miles to charity or sustainable development.

Cardholders have access to Brim’s multifunctional platform, which is integrated with the Flying Blue program.”

The loyalty program Flying Blue is one of the leading in Europe and has more than 17 million members.

The new Air France KLM World Elite Mastercard is available in virtual or physical version.
