Suffice it to say that the Delgery couple know the world of baking well, even though it’s their first personal franchise. But a few weeks before D-Day, the pressure is starting to mount.

“We are used to opening bakeries for others, but this is the first that we will open under our own name. The financial commitment is important and that puts a little pressure on it,” says Nicolas.

“We are an artisanal bakery”

And while the brand stands out for an innovative concept, particularly in terms of design, animation of the range and promotions offered, the products offered on the bakery side are more traditional but above all fresh.
