Thesis Gold Inc. announces the commencement of the 2023 exploration program at its 100% owned road-accessible Ranch gold project in the Toodoggone mining district of northern British Columbia. The program has begun with the deployment of geophysics and soil sampling teams and drilling will begin shortly. Geophysical and soil sampling teams are collecting detailed magnetic and geochemical data along a highly prospective northwest trending zone that has been shown to host mineralization throughout the property.
High-grade gold grab samples from this new zone returned results of up to 69.50 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au). This new target is approximately six kilometers from the Company’s key targets, the Thesis structural corridor and the Bonanza Ridge Zone, and underscores the remaining potential for expansion of the Ranch gold project. Ground reconnaissance teams are collecting 1,200 soil samples and more than 170 kilometers of ground magnetic lines to search for coincident geochemical and geophysical anomalies.
These methods have outlined mineralization at the Steve Zone, a new 2022 discovery, as well as extensions of mineralization at the Thesis structural corridor and at Bonanza-Ridge. In addition to deploying teams to the field, contractors are preparing camp infrastructure and drilling equipment for the Company to begin drilling the first holes of this summer’s 30,000 meter program soon. Thesis also announces that it has filed an updated technical report for its ranch gold project entitled “Updated Technical Report on Thesis Gold Inc.’s Ranch Gold Project, Toodoggone Region, British Columbia, Canada,” effective date. Valid from April 1st. 2023 signed on June 23, 2023 (the “Technical Report”).
The Technical Report updates the Company’s previous Technical Report with recent exploration activity and results at the Company’s flagship gold project, the Ranch Project.
