Well prepared mentally and physically, with two daily training sessions at her gym in Saint-André-de-Cubzac, Flo Leccese comes in second with a squat of 130 kg, a bench press of 87.5 kg and a deadlift of 127.5 kg Place. “In a competition like the World Championships, you can’t be satisfied with just one basic technique. From Turkey to Texas

Back in France, Flo Leccese is already preparing for the French Powerlifting and Bench Press Championships that will take place in Bordeaux on the weekend of December 2nd and 3rd… She will be accompanied by Marine Celse, Chrystelle Musseau and Melisa Meunier. All will try to take part in 2024 at the European Powerlifting Championships in Luxembourg in May, the World Championships in South Africa in October 2024, but also the European Bench Press Championships in Turkey and the World Championships in Texas.
