Fransaskois artist Étienne Fletcher is part of the cultural delegation to COP15

Fransaskois singer-songwriter Étienne Fletcher is part of the cultural delegation, composed of several artists from Canada, to the 15th Conference of the Parties (COP15) to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity, currently taking place in Montreal.

According to the Fransaskois singer, a delegation of 22 artists from across Canada was assembled by the National Arts Center to represent the Canadian music scene COP15.

Florent Vollant, Der hay babies and Elisapie are among the artists performing on the occasion of the COP15.

I am very honored to have been chosen from the 22 artists […] because that kind of experience doesn’t happen very oftensays Etienne Fletcher, adding that he hopes that politicians will come up with a more concrete plan to protect the environment.

According to the Fransaskois artist, we must work together to find a solution to protect the planet.
