Atout France launches videos for tourism professionals

More than 600,000 international visitors are expected to attend the 48 matches of Rugby World Cup 2023 and nearly 15 million visitors are expected to attend the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. And to “accompanie” them, Atout France is “launching a system to raise awareness of the reception of international visitors”, according to a press release. Specifically, four “short and fun” videos have been shot for each of the main nationalities* who will travel to France for the two sporting events.

Traveler profiles, areas of interest and specific expectations, good or bad greeting gestures and even useful expressions in different languages: the videos must “provide answers and tips to understand and understand the expectations and habits of these visitors”. A total of one hundred videos will be posted on the Atout France YouTube channel.

*The first part dedicated to the Rugby World Cup will be available for ten nationalities of travelers: South Africa, Australia, Argentina, Ireland, United States, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Portugal. The second part, presented on the occasion of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, offers seven more countries: Germany, Belgium, Canada, China, Spain, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
