Air Canada announced today (August 1) that it has added exclusive original content from Apple TV+ to its award-winning inflight entertainment system. This partnership is Air Canada’s latest investment in customer experience. Geared towards its global clientele, the inflight entertainment system is therefore equipped with a selection of critically acclaimed original content, including series Ted Lasso, sisters accomplices (bad sisters), dissociation (severance pay), Foundation, endowment (Foundation, endowment) and many others.
“At Air Canada, we know that inflight entertainment is an important aspect of travel for our customers, especially on long-haul flights,” he said John Moody, General Manager – Carrier Product Design. We are constantly exploring ways to expand our inflight entertainment offering by adding fresh and exclusive content that will delight our customers.”

With 420+ movies, 1,000+ TV shows, 130+ music albums, podcasts and more, customers can enjoy the best programming from boarding to landing. All travelers boarding an Air Canada aircraft equipped with the inflight entertainment system can enjoy all the content offered there free of charge.

Air Canada’s partnership with Apple follows the airline’s recent collaboration with Mattel, which brings even more family fun on board with the addition of the most popular short videos for kids.
In May, Air Canada and Bell began offering free email services to Aeroplan members worldwide when they travel on Wi-Fi-enabled aircraft in the company’s fleet, including Air Canada Rouge and Air Canada Express flights. Customers can send and receive text messages over WiFi using popular messaging apps such as Apple’s iMessage, Meta’s WhatsApp and Messenger, Rakuten’s Viber, and Google’s Messages.
Last November, Air Canada became the only airline in the country to offer Canada’s live television service, with channels in French and English, giving customers the opportunity to cheer on their favorite sports teams at global sporting events. Real-time transmission or live news during a flight.
