Air Canada Already offers several pre-order menus in Signature and Privilege Economy cabins on its flights. For now, however, these are the same menus as on board the aircraft. The Canadian subsidiary therefore has the will to do better. Be inspired by the culinary offerings of Singapore Airlines in the Book the Cook business.. And offer a range of menus that offer more regional flavors such as Latin American, Middle Eastern or Asian cuisine. These menus are available by prior order on the company’s website. As is already the case with Singapore Airlines. The information was provided by Mark Nasr, Air Canada’s executive vice president of marketing and digital to Executive Travelers Magazine. Implementation will take place in stages as Air Canada needs to customize and manage its three catering units at its hubs in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. According to Executive Traveler’s executive vice president, these option menus would be available at end of 2024.
