Nicolet-Yamaska’s MRC will not participate in Hydro-Québec’s bid for wind power projects, which ends on September 12. The MRC considers the “delays too short” to be “participatory”.

The Council of Mayors set up an internal committee to deal with and advise on the issue of wind turbines MRC to wait before applying for a tender.
