Canada’s men’s wheelchair basketball team has won their first game at the World Cup in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. On Sunday, one day after the 65-52 defeat by Germany, the Canadian team beat Thailand 83-55.
Nikola Goncin and Patrick Anderson shone on the Canadian attacking side with 29 and 21 points, respectively.
