Vincent Leblond pulled off a major and even historic feat at the 57th Quebec Games Provincial Finals on Sunday in Rimouski.
The young athlete from Senneterre won the bronze medal in the decathlon, which is the first podium in this discipline for Abitibi-Témiscamingue in the history of the Games.
Also in the 10th and final competition, the 1500m, Vincent Leblond had to outperform himself to close the gap that had opened up between him and 3rd place.
