For the tenth time, UBI Global, based in Stockholm, Sweden, has measured the performance of hundreds of incubators and accelerators in more than 90 countries. Of the 1,895 programs examined, 109 from 56 countries were analyzed in more detail and evaluated according to 21 criteria. In particular, we take into account the number of jobs created, the hours of care offered, the investments generated, the survival rate of the companies and their number.

Incubators and accelerators have been divided into two categories, academic and private-public. The organizations in the top 5 and top 10 were listed in alphabetical order. A more accurate ranking will be announced in May 2023 at an official ceremony in Ghent, Belgium.
