Sherbrooke company FilSpec receives just over $3 million in aid

Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED) is investing US$1 million, which will be repaid in the form of a repayable contribution, while the Government of Quebec and Investissement Quebec are providing US$2.25 million.
