Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke to Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni today.
Prime Minister Trudeau congratulated Prime Minister Meloni on her recent appointment as Prime Minister of Italy. The two leaders discussed the importance of strengthening strong ties between their two countries, particularly within the framework of the G7 and NATO, to address current global concerns related to Russia’s illegal and unjustified invasion of Ukraine.
