Before presenting his party’s candidates, Maurice Kakou Guikahué wished the mothers present at the ceremony a Happy Mother’s Day. He then conveyed the fraternal and combative greetings of President Henri Konan Bédié to the population and party structures.
Guikahué introduces the candidate Johann Djédjé for the municipal elections and says: “President Bédié is playing the competent youth card.
