The Laval Rocket celebrated their fourth straight win by defeating the Comets 4-3 in Utica thanks to Luke Tuch’s first two goals on Saturday night.
As a reminder, Pascal Vincent’s men won by the same score against the same Comets on Friday. In today’s win, Tuch, Joshua Roy and Alex Barré-Boulet played a strong game.

Tuch got his first red light in the pros before adding more midway through the second period. The Boston University product, a second-round pick of the Montreal Canadiens in 2020, has four points in six games.
For his part, Roy scored a goal and provided an assist. Barré-Boulet collected two assists and now has seven points in five games since the start of the season.
Jared Davidson scored the Rocket’s other goal, while Nolan Foote twice and Adam Beckman provided answers for the local favorites.
Connor Hughes, who was automatically in front of the visitors’ cage, made 31 saves in the win.
The Rocket are in second place in the North Section with five wins in six games and a collection of 10 points. Laval residents will face the Comets again on Wednesday at Place Bell.
