Legislative: Who are the candidates nominated by the main political parties?

Voters are called to the polls 12 and 19 June to elect the 577 deputies to the National Assembly. Alliances, official nominations and candidatures by dissidents, political maneuvers multiply: the parties are in battle formation and hope to win the majority in a few weeks. Nominations for the first round opened on May 16th and ended on Friday May 20th.

While you wait for the lists to be released, check out our map for the names that have already been announced by the main parties. This information is not yet official and is intended to provide an update on the current election campaign. They were collected from the main political parties:

  • Together!, which brings together the parties of the presidential majority;
  • Nupes, acronym for the New People’s Ecological and Social Union, a coalition of La France insoumise (LFI), Europe Ecologie-Les Verts (EELV), the Socialist Party and the French Communist Party;
  • the National Rally (RN);
  • recapture! ;
  • The Republicans (LR).

This map was created in collaboration with france info is not exhaustive, it compiles the lists present on the websites of the various parties and the information collected by Alexandre Léchenet “Nsp Polls”. It will be updated regularly until the lists close on May 20th, when the parties publish new waves of nominations or when new candidates come forward.
