Montreal amusement park La Ronde announced Monday that it will reopen its doors with limited capacity starting July 25.
Only members and season pass holders are allowed until August 2nd to reduce the number of participants.
All visitors can enter La Ronde from August 3rd.
Six Flags, the company that owns the amusement park, is currently implementing increased safety measures and hygiene protocols to protect visitors and employees.
An online reservation system has been set up to manage crowds, plan the number of entries per day and stagger arrival times to minimize proximity to visitors.
In addition, thermal imaging is used to check people’s body temperature.
All visitors aged two and over and all employees must wear mouth and nose protection during their stay.
Distance markers will be placed on site in queuing areas for rides, toilets, shops and restaurants.
On all rides, guests are separated by rows or empty seats. Cleaning teams were also deployed.
