Kristopher Letang “joins” CH

The Canadian’s training camp preparations are going well and several of the team’s players were eligible for a little outside help on Wednesday at the CN Sports Complex in Brossard.

While the organization’s recruits underwent physical testing before the Habs’ top prospect camp, some members of the regular roster skated. Among them were Captain Nick Suzuki, Sean Monahan, Alex Newhook and Kaiden Guhle. Defenseman Mike Matheson was also in attendance… as was his former Pittsburgh Penguins teammate Kristopher Letang.

The Quebecer’s presence on the ice obviously caught the attention of the journalists present, who quickly shared the information on social networks. He spends his summers in Quebec and will join the Pens in the coming days when his team’s camp begins.

Matheson played with him for two seasons in 2021 and 2022.
