Dacoury-Tabley and Associates of Gôh-Djiboua to Canada (PH KOACI)
The Minister, Governor of the Autonomous Okrug Gôh-Djiboua Ludwig Andre Dacoury tableydelivered on Sunday, October 03, 2022 in Abidjan, the conclusions of the working visit he made to the province of Québec from August 29 to 31, 2022 Canada. This visit was part of a mission to seek funding for the autonomous community’s development projects and programs Gôh-Djiboua. Two primary goals motivated this mission, namely to primarily introduce the benefits and opportunities of the district it administers to potential Canadian investors.
And second, to create partnerships with institutions and business people able to support the development of the Autonomous Community through Quebec or Canada Gôh-Djiboua. This to improve the standard of living of its people. Accompanied by His Excellency Mr. Bafétigué Ouattara Ambassador of the Republic of the coast near the Canadathe Minister, Governor Louis André Dacoury tabley had several high-level meetings during this mission. In particular, with Mrs. Sylvie Barcelo, Deputy Minister for International Relations and Francophonie of the Province of Quebec. Their talks focused on the main lines of bilateral cooperation between Quebec and Côte d’Ivoire. At the Chamber of Commerce Canada Africa, the important umbrella organization that plays a key role in economic development between our two countries, the minister, governor, was entitled to a presentation on the workings of the chamber and the opportunities open to other organizations within the framework of Québec’s strategic plan for Africa. In addition to this room Canada Africa, the Minister, Governor Louis André Dacoury tabley met with three major collaborating institutions. In particular, Vision Biomasse Québec (VBQ), which operates in the field of environment and rural development, Investissement Québec International (IQI), which specializes in bringing together Québec companies and governmental organizations for the development of business partnerships, and finally he met the Union of Agricultural Producers – International Development (UPADI), whose mission is to support the family farm as a model of sustainable agriculture. The association therefore supports professional agricultural organizations and all initiatives that shape the future of agriculture in developing countries with a special focus on women’s projects.
In less than three days, the minister, governor of the autonomous community of Gôh-djiboua Louis André Dacoury tableymet with the ministries, institutions and government agencies of the Canada is able to boost the economic, environmental and agricultural development of this Autonomous Community that has long suffered from isolation.
