Quebecers are the happiest at work in Canada for the fourth month in a row, according to ADP Canada’s Work Happiness Index released Wednesday.
With a score of 7.1/10 in August, Quebec leads the way – gaining 0.1 points in a month – while the job satisfaction index across the country reached 6.8, up 0.1 points in the month Compared to July.

In British Columbia, workers saw their job satisfaction increase by 0.2 points to 6.9/10, closely followed by the Atlantic provinces (6.8/10; +0.3), Alberta (6.8/10 ; +0.2) and Ontario (6.7/10). ; +0.1).
Saskatchewan and Manitoba are the only ones whose scores decreased (6.6/10; -0.2).
At the top of the rankings are Baby Boomers with a score of 7.5/10 after an increase of 0.3 points in a month, ahead of Generation Z (18-26 year olds) who increased their score by 0.2 points. (6.9/10), while Millennials (27-42 years old) scored 6.7/10, closely followed by Generation X (43-58) with 6.6/10.
Almost half of Canadian workers (46%) said they are satisfied with their current role and responsibilities at work. Work-life balance and recognition are the highest secondary indicators this month.
