Google Play, the official app store for devices running the Android operating system, presented its favorite apps and games from the past year on Thursday.
It is the Dream application from developer WOMBO that has won the favor of Google. It’s an artificial intelligence image generator, kind of like the DALL-E software, much talked about in the technology media. In the case of Dream, you can get an aesthetically pleasing image by typing a simple sentence and choosing a style.
As for video games, Apex Legends Mobile, by American giant Electronic Arts, wins the award. The famous battle royale type game (Battle Royale) is a competitor of the no less famous Fourteen days. Apple’s App Store, the equivalent of Google Play on iOS, also awarded it the title of best mobile game of 2022.
