As part of his 50th birthdaye To mark the anniversary, the Council on the Status of Women recently published a children’s comic at the National Archives in Montreal entitled Cape Equality in collaboration with the well-known author and illustrator Anne Villeneuve. This original story deconstructs certain stereotypes that always represent an obstacle to equality and illuminates the ideas of solidarity, mutual aid and openness that allow us to break free from them. It should be a legacy for the generations of tomorrow who care about equality. Cape Equality is available in recognized bookstores in Quebec and on the website of Les Publications du Québec.
