These works are available for Canadian schools in two locations: Biblius in Quebec, managed by the Ministry of Education with technological support from De Marque, and Cantook Education for the other provinces, De Marque’s own platform. The works come from publishers such as QuébecAmérique, Bouton d’or Acadie, Apprentissage unlimited, Les 400 coups and Les Malins.
Almost 200 digital books are offered in the FROG format (FRee your cOGnition / Relieves cognitive effort) developed by MOBiDYS. A digital book format that makes reading easier and helps the reader focus on understanding the text by offering various tools such as font selection and size adjustment, syllable highlighting, audio reading by a real voice, specific reading areas or lexicon clarification.

It comes at a time when certain learning disorders, particularly dyslexia, are affected 6 and 8% of the population Canadian. It is also estimated that more than one in ten Canadian students in Grade 8/upper secondary school (equivalent to Grade 3 in France) do not achieve the expected level of reading proficiency.
