At a time when it is sometimes difficult to keep up with technological advances, one fact remains: digital transformation is critical to the survival of Quebec businesses. To see more clearly and especially into the future, Offers presents this Wednesday, April 6the th edition of Connexion, the digital transformation fair at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
Organized by events Offers, Connexion will offer around thirty conferences, seven masterclasses and more than ten laboratories. Above all, the fair offers the opportunity to meet more than 2,500 decision-makers who are looking for solutions to successfully complete their digital transformation. It is also an opportunity for service providers to gain maximum visibility.
“We offer two things. First, a better understanding of the technologies and solutions for businesses to manage digital transformation. In this content area, we examine the trends, issues and best perspectives around digital transformation,” said Pierre Marcoux, President of the Contex Group, to which the newspaper in particular belongs Offers and events Offers.
“Then we are there to create a relationship between service providers, who obviously have very good expertise, and business people who are looking for solutions.”
Some of the most anticipated conferences include those from executives from Amazon Web Services, Desjardins and Microsoft.
Artificial intelligence
Obviously, at a time when artificial intelligence is at the heart of many emerging technologies, it’s impossible not to engage with the topic. And this applies to conferences as well as master classes and laboratories.
“We talk a lot about it, but how does it all fit together concretely? Visitors can understand this better. In addition, we will have an AI scene that is new this year,” said Mr. Marcoux.
On this stage, the main partners of the event such as Mila and Moov AI will give lectures on the use of artificial intelligence in companies. Brian Cann, Manager of Microsoft Canada, will also speak about Generative Artificial Intelligence and how it can be designed and deployed in the enterprise.
“By understanding AI better, people can get a better idea and likely build an app that’s good for business. But everything starts with examples of these different applications in companies to enable them to grow healthily and sustainably,” said Pierre Marcoux.
The newspaper team Offers will be on site throughout the day to meet participants.
