Canada scored three unanswered goals on Saturday to secure a 5-3 victory over Finland in a group stage game at the Ice Hockey World Cup in the Czech Republic.
The Canadian team led by Quebecer André Tourigny has been unbeaten in five games since the start of the tournament.
Dylan Cozens, Brandon Tanev, Owen Power, Brandon Hagel and Dawson Mercer (empty net) scored the Canadian goals. Power also added two assists.
On the Finnish side, Jesse Puljujarvi shone with a brace. He was also the victim of a violent stick strike to the crotch by Canadian defender Bowen Byram, who was ejected from the game for his gesture in the second period.
Jordan Binnington made 29 saves in front of the Maple Leaf net. At the other end of the ice, Harri Sateri stopped 17 pucks.
Canada will be back in action tomorrow in another group stage clash, this time against Switzerland.
