Health and wellness program
Air Canada offers its employees a comprehensive health and wellness program called Keys to Your Full Potential (UBY).
Since launching a mental health first aid training program in 2022, more than 900 employees have received certification, giving them the skills to help their colleagues during difficult times.
All employees stationed in Canada and their family members have access to confidential and unlimited consultations and convenient telemedicine services.
Air Canada has also launched a workshop covering all aspects of mental health and a Mental Health Champions program for all employees.
Air Canada’s UBY team has also opened resource centers in Montreal and Toronto where employees can drop in and get advice on mental health resources.
