Air Canada has announced several improvements to make the travel experience “more enjoyable and convenient.”

These improvements include a wider selection of inflight meals and beverages, family-friendly options in the inflight entertainment system and new features in the Air Canada mobile app.

These updates are part of the airline’s Voyager initiative, which aims to continuously improve its travel products and services.

The expanded onboard food and beverage menu includes options such as Earth’s Own Oatmeal, craft beers, Provencal rose wines and the Aperol Spritz cocktail.

New menus such as Butter Chicken with Rice Pilaf and Cauliflower Pea Masala are also available for Economy and Premium Economy Class passengers.

In partnership with Mattel, Air Canada now offers popular children’s programs and movies on its inflight entertainment system. According to the airline, this cooperation will provide a full range of entertainment for young passengers.

Air Canada’s mobile app has also been enhanced to provide travelers with more convenient features. These include electronic boarding passes, links to Aeroplan members’ passport details, integrated airport maps and the ability to pre-order meals on board selected international flights.

These improvements are part of a series of updates Air Canada has made to provide an improved travel experience. The company reminds that it was recently named the best family airline by Skytrax and has expanded its network with new premium airport lounges.
