From November 1st, the full service in the higher class cabins will be offered again, including cloakroom service, hot towels before meals and drinks offered before departure for international flights.
Air Canada also opts for more ecological and signed toiletry bags Aqua di Parma for all international flights. These kits include the following:
- Acqua di Parma skin care products
- eye mask
- socks
- Products for dental hygiene
- 3M earplugs
Premium Economy Class (international flights) and Signature Air Canada (North America) customers will receive the eye mask, socks and dental care products.

From November, customers of the premium rouge class will now be able to enjoy one High speed WiFi connection during their flight.
From 2023 there will be 25% more content when it comes to entertainment, especially through live television. It will also be able to connect audio via Bluetooth, a nice addition as fewer and fewer people use wired headphones on a daily basis.
These changes apply to the 39 devices fromAir Canada RougeAir Canada’s widebody and 90% of the main fleet.
THE Maple Leaf Lounges in North America will be expanding their menu to include a choice of six wines, one sparkling and one rosé, with a preference for Canadian wines. As for the buffet, alongside local favorites (poutine, Montreal smoked beef sandwiches and the famous Fairmount bagels), there will be a wider selection of salads and international favorites.
In addition, Super Elite Business Class customers enjoy privileged lounge access during peak hours at select Maple Leaf lounges.
The Air Canada Cafe at Toronto Pearson’s menu has also been expanded to include a selection of craft beers, ciders, local wines and hot appetizers. This cafe is only available to eligible domestic customers.
