They develop game strategies that are adapted to the strengths and weaknesses of the team, taking into account league trends. Their decisions have a direct impact on performance on the ice and make the difference between a competitive team and a struggling one. Therefore, a high-performing staff is essential to building a team capable of climbing the NHL’s top ranks and winning the Stanley Cup.

Some of these bars have stood the test of time and remain at the top year after year, others just can’t find the balance or the winning formula and show great instability. There are even some that give the impression that they don’t really want to win.
