After the success of the very first edition, which allowed the organizers to make a net profit of $20,088, the Fondation Hôpital Saint-Eustache (FHSE) invites you to participate in the second edition of the President’s Dinner, which will take place next Thursday, January 25th , from 6 p.m., at the Cidrerie Lacroix in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac. This event will be chaired by the President of the Saint-Eustache Hospital Foundation, Pierre G. Mayer, senior lawyer at Trivium Avocats-Notaires-Conseils, and moderated by the deputies of Basses-Laurentides. It is intended as a gastronomic evening in a 5-course menu with delicious food and wine pairings suggested by the sommelier and guest presenter of the evening, Jean-Paul Rassam. A silent auction is also on the program. This evening a maximum of 90 guests are expected who will collect donations so that the Foundation can continue its mission, which, I remind you, is to acquire state-of-the-art equipment and improve the local care offered by the Saint-Eustache Hospital .
