After a draw with Croatia (0-0) and a win against Belgium (2-0), Morocco can confirm their qualification for the round of 16 of the 2022 World Cup. Already eliminated Canada will want to save the honors of their second World Cup with the first win in their history.

The referee

Brazilian Raphael Claus will be the referee who will referee Canada-Morocco. Previously he had refereed the game between England and Iran (6:2). He will be assisted by his compatriots Rodrigo Figieiredo and Danilo Simon, and the fourth referee will be Japanese Yoshimi Yamashita.

Story

The two teams once faced each other in a friendly match. Morocco won 4-0 in October 2016.

This Canada-Morocco will be played at Al Thumama Stadium in Doha. It has a capacity of 40,000 seats.
