2-0 That is Canada’s record at the World Championships.

The Canadians opened the match by beating Latvia 6-0 before beating the Slovenians this afternoon. And they accomplished “that feat of arms” without Connor Bedard. Remember that the youngster chose not to compete in the tournament for a reason.

But Tony Marinaro wanted to remind his partner that the young Canadian sensation has nothing to prove.
