Established in 1900, the Davis Cup tournament is the most prestigious international team tennis competition. Last November, Félix Auger-Aliassime, Denis Shapovalov, Vasek Pospisil, Alexis Galarneau, Gabriel Diallo and captain Frank Dancevic helped Canada lift the trophy for the first time in the competition’s 123-year history. A few days earlier, three of them were in action at the National Bank Challenger in Drummondville.

“When we lifted the trophy back in November, we were overwhelmed with pride, not just for the team but for everyone involved in our success,” said Frank Dancevic. To now be able to share all that we have achieved with the rest of Canada by displaying the trophy across the country makes this moment even more special.”

Canada will begin their title defense from September 12-17 in Bologna, Italy. The Davis Cup Finals will be held in Malaga, Spain from November 21st to 26th.
