The Tampa Bay Lightning are a well-oiled hockey machine. But what explains the repeated successes of the Florida team?

“All the players sacrifice themselves and accept the role they have to play,” said striker Pierre-Édouard Bellemare afterwards. a 5-1 win over the Montreal CanadiensSaturday night.

“We are very aware of our system. We know that we will win thanks to our system and not thanks to individuality,” said the author of 615 games in the Bettman Circuit.
