The electoral map of Estrie by the choice of young people

Contrary to the official results, only two outgoing MPs kept their seats in Estrie. Christine Labrie of Sherbrooke won the favor of young people, as did Isabelle Charest of Brome-Missisquoi.

In addition, the map would be almost entirely interdependent. With the exception of Caquiste Isabelle Charest’s rider, all riders would have turned orange. In Mégantic, the solidarity candidate Marilyn Ouellet would have won with few votes, while in Saint-François Mélissa Généreux would have won her case with a large majority.

However, results can vary widely from school to school.

Estrie reflects Quebec

The decisions of the young Estriens reflect the positions of Quebec students, who would have brought Quebec solidaire to power if they had elected their deputies. However, QA would have found himself in a minority government position. The Liberal Party would have had the role of official opposition with 32 seats.

The Coalition avenir Québec would have been relegated to third place. The Conservatives would have won 10 seats and the Parti Québécois two more seats than in Monday’s real election.

The participation rate ofAspiring voters was 61.01%.
