The Montreal Canadiens will look to forget their difficult Super Bowl weekend as they receive a visit from the Anaheim Ducks tonight at the Bell Centre.
On Saturday he was beaten 3-2 by the Dallas Stars, and the next day he was beaten 7-2 by the St. Louis Blues.
This means the team from Montreal still has 50 points in the overall standings and is in sixth place in the Atlantic Section.
The Ducks, for their part, have a paltry 38 points to their name this season, good for seventh place in the Pacific Division, five points ahead of the poor San Jose Sharks.
Here are five things to keep in mind while playing today:
1. The Captain's Star
Nick Suzuki, named last week's third star, will look to extend his streak of games with at least one point to eight. During this period, the Habs captain collected 11 points (5 goals and 6 assists).

2. The trio team
If the Canadian wants to win again, he has to count on the offensive contribution from more than just the front row. Whether at even strength or on the power play, members of the first unit have scored eight of the team's last 10 goals.
Nick Suzuki: “We do our job and try to contribute as much as possible. The other lines also get scoring opportunities. They just didn't capitalize on it. We trust everyone. »

3. Cayden Primeau in net
Cayden Primeau will start. This will be his first appearance in front of the Habs net since January 20th. At that time he replaced Samuel Montembeault in the third period of the game in Boston.

4. Guhle at his post
Kaiden Guhle injured his upper body in the final moments of the game against the Blues and was present at the team's morning practice. He had resumed his place to Mike Matheson's right. He should be in uniform against the Ducks.
Kaiden Guhle: “It could have been worse. Of course I don't like coming out of a game, but it was necessary. I'm feeling good and ready for the game tonight. »

5. Another sought-after center
Like Elias Lindholm and Sean Monahan, Adam Henrique is one of the centers expected to move by the trade deadline. He has increased his value in recent meetings. He has collected at least one point in each of his last seven games (4 goals, 7 assists).
