The 2024 Hyundai Sonata: what’s new?
The Sonata 2024 comes with several innovations. New features include the introduction of a curved display for the dashboard, combining driver information and the infotainment system.
The optional Bose premium sound system, which now includes 12 speakers and utilizes updated CenterPoint 360 technology, has been fine-tuned by the Bose engineering team to deliver enveloping sound quality in every seat.
Finally, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now available wirelessly on all models.

Motorisation, traction system and safety
For the first time, the Sonata offers HTRAC four-wheel drive in combination with a 2.5-liter engine. This option improves performance and safety by adjusting the torque split between the front and rear wheels to suit driving conditions.
The HEV model is now equipped with the e-Motion Drive system, which aims to improve the driving experience by adjusting several parameters of the vehicle, such as: B. Torque distribution, regenerative braking and gear shifting to enable a smoother, more comfortable and more energy-efficient drive.

The new 2024 Sonata offers an advanced user experience with features such as Digital Key, which uses Near Field Communication (NFC) to lock, unlock and start the car via smartphones and smartwatches. Additionally, over-the-air (OTA) software updates further enhance convenience by allowing owners to keep their vehicles up-to-date easily and affordably.
The model will go on sale in winter 2024. Pricing will be announced shortly before the model launches.
