On Tuesday, the organization unveiled the trailer for a documentary in which we can follow General Manager Kent Hughes and his team during the 2023 amateur auction.
“If Jeff [Gorton] and i seem to be heading in a certain direction, we’re just trying to come to a decision, aren’t we? We have to play devil’s advocate. So everyone should have their say here,” Hughes tells his staff.
On June 28th and 29th, CH drafted nine players. The Belle Province club notably used their first pick (fifth overall) to secure defender David Reinbacher. It will be interesting to see what led to this decision.
The documentary will be available next Thursday from 7 p.m. on the Canadian’s YouTube page.
