On the third down and with 16 yards to go, Rourke dodged three tackles from Cowboys players before joining running back Qadree Ollison in the end zone to complete the middle finger.
The Brit from British Columbia signed with the Florida team last January after two stints in the Canadian Football League (CFL).
Rourke is fighting with CJ Beathard for Trevor Lawrence’s second center position. Beathard is a five-year NFL veteran who spent the last two years with the Jags.
The 25-year-old threw for 3,349 rushing yards and 25 touchdowns in 10 games last year with the Lions. He also broke an Ambrosie Tour record by completing 78.7% of his pass attempts.
